Peekskill’s newest independent coffee shop is the only local roaster owned coffee shop boasting exclusively organic, fair trade coffees and espresso. Every coffee we serve is roasted at our own small batch roastery located at The Hat Factory less than five minutes away from our cafe. Each bean is roasted to a carefully selected temperature to reveal its ideal flavor profile and our baristas are trained and ready to bring out the best in our coffees for you every day, however you like yours. We are as committed to being socially responsible as we are to creating delicious coffee. You can rest assured that the plants, the workers and the Earth that helped bring your coffee to you has been treated kindly every step of the way. We purchase all of our raw beans from a family-owned supplier, who is devoted to sourcing from environmentally conscious organic plantations with comprehensive fair trade policies.
